What are your candles made of?
Our candles are handcrafted in Switzerland using natural soy wax and premium fragrance oils. We use high-quality ingredients to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn and an elegant fragrance experience.
Are your candles handmade?
Yes. Every Phoebe Candle Co candle is hand-poured in small batches in Switzerland with great care and attention to detail.
How long do your candles burn?
Our 240g candles have an approximate burn time of 50 hours when cared for correctly.
Are your products vegan?
Our candles are made with natural soy wax and are vegan-friendly.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Switzerland.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible unused items in their original packaging. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Candle Care
Why is my candle tunnelling?
Tunnelling usually occurs when the candle isn't allowed to burn long enough during the first use. For the best experience, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface before extinguishing the flame.
Why should I trim the wick?
Trimming the wick to approximately ¼ inch (6 mm) before each burn helps prevent soot, creates a cleaner flame and extends the life of your candle.
Wax Melts
How many wax melts should I use?
We recommend using 1–2 wax melts at a time, depending on the size of your warmer.
Car Diffusers
How do I refresh the fragrance?
Simply tilt the diffuser upside down for 2–3 seconds to lightly saturate the wooden lid. Always return it to an upright position immediately afterwards.
How long does the fragrance last?
The lifespan depends on temperature, usage and driving conditions, but most car diffusers provide fragrance for several weeks.
