We offer a 14‑day return policy from the day you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please contact us at info@phoebecandleco.com before sending anything back, as unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately so we can make it right.

Sale items and gift cards are non‑returnable, and exchanges require placing a new order after the return is accepted.

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

As a result of the artisanal process, minor variations, such as slight discoloration or subtle surface differences, may occur and are part of their natural character.

Please note that temperature changes can occasionally cause small white marks, known as "frosting."

This is a natural effect of using soy or other plant-based waxes and does not affect the quality or performance of the candle.

A tip for optimal use :

Did you know that candles have a memory? The way you burn your candle the first time determines how it will burn every time after.

To prevent tunneling, when the wax melts straight down the center and leaves unmelted wax around the sides, make sure to let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the jar on the very first burn. This helps create an even wax pool and ensures your candle burns fully and cleanly every time.

If you extinguish your candle too early on the first burn, it may only melt within that smaller ring going forward, wasting the rest of the wax.

Always allow your candle to reach the edges before blowing it out - especially during its first burn.
